Genevieve and Rene first met in 2008 while attending high school together.

Our mutual love of nature, animals, and music first brought us together as friends, and after four years of friendship, we officially became a couple in March 2012.

Since then, our journey has been a tapestry of countless adventures together, etched against the stunning backdrops of national parks and forests. From the awe-inspiring granite cliffs of Yosemite and grandeur of the Sierra Nevada to the ethereal beauty of Zion, and from the vibrant landscapes of Arches to the breathtaking charm of Yellowstone, we’ve explored it all hand in hand. We’ve marveled at the serene waters of countless alpine lakes, and explored mountain regions, deserts, and coastal paradises with our beloved dogs alongside us.

For the past 17 years, we’ve been inseparable and chasing the same dreams: exploring new places and basking in the great outdoors with our beloved dogs. It’s this wondrous bond with nature that not only brought us together, but has also strengthened our love with every adventure we embark upon.
